WPP Names Lindsay Pattison Chief Transformation Officer
WPP, the world's biggest advertising group, announced the appointment of Lindsay Pattison as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). She will lead change initiatives across WPP companies and getting its agencies to work closely together for its top 50 clinets.
Pattison will also keep the role as the Chief Transformation Officer of Group M which was named in May. Pattison will lead a number of change programs to support group and agency structures, talent and leadership development, culture and diversity, as well as WPP's horizontality strategy.
